Aleia McDole – Senior Support Specialist

Aleia McDole is entering her second year at Dater Montessori Elementary as a Senior Support Specialist. As the welcoming presence at the front desk, she greets students, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Aleia is always ready to listen, assist, and ensure every member of the Dater community feels supported.

A proud Ohio native, Aleia attended The Ohio State University and Sinclair Community College. She is deeply committed to clear and consistent communication across the school community. Aleia plays a key role in organizing and distributing the school’s weekly Tuesday Folder, making sure important updates, events, and announcements are shared promptly with families. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills help ensure that parents and guardians stay informed and engaged with what’s happening at Dater Montessori.
