Andrea Wright – Senior Support Specialist

Andrea Wright has served Cincinnati Public Schools with dedication and compassion since 2019. As the Senior Support Specialist at Dater Montessori Elementary, Andrea plays a vital role in ensuring that students, families, and staff feel supported, informed, and welcomed every day. Her calm demeanor, deep institutional knowledge, and unwavering commitment to service make her an essential part of the Dater Montessori community.

A proud alumna of the School for Creative and Performing Arts (SCPA), Andrea has always valued the importance of creativity, communication, and personal expression. Andrea attended University of Cincinnati and Brown Mackie earning a degree  in Healthcare Administration, equipping her with a unique blend of administrative expertise and people-centered care. This background helps her effectively support families as they navigate various systems within Cincinnati Public Schools, from enrollment and transportation to academic resources and family services.

Andrea’s passion for community is matched by her love for her own family. She is deeply family-oriented and brings this spirit into her work each day, treating students and parents with the same care and respect she shows her loved ones. She is known throughout the building for her kind voice, her thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and her willingness to go above and beyond to help others succeed.

Outside of her professional life, Andrea enjoys having thought-provoking conversations, learning from others, and spending meaningful time with her grandchildren.
